Psigblock()                                                          GEMDOS

Syntax

LONG Psigblock( mask )
LONG mask;

Function Psigblock() blocks selected signals from delivery.

Opcode        278 (0x116)

Availability This function is available under all MiNT versions
              integrated with MultiTOS.

Parameters mask is a bit mask of signals block. For each bit n set,
              signal n is added to the 'blocked' list.

Binding       move.l   mask,-(sp)
              move.w   #$116,-(sp)
              trap     #1
              addq.l   #6,sp

Return Value Psigblock() returns the original set of blocked signals in
              effect prior to the call.

Comments Blocked signals are preserved with Pfork() and Pvfork()
              calls, however, children started with Pexec() start with an
              empty list of blocked signals. SIGKILL may not be blocked and
              will be reset by the system.
