Syntax

LONG Gettime( VOID )

Function      Gettime() returns the current IKBD time.

Opcode        23 (0x17)

Availability  All TOS versions.

Return Value  Gettime() returns a LONG bit array packed with the current
              IKBD time as follows:

               Bits   Meaning

                0-4   Seconds/2 (0-29)

               5-10   Minute (0-59)

              11-15   Hour (0-23)

              16-20   Day (1-31)

              21-24   Month (1-12)

              25-31   Year-1980 (0-127)

              The return value can be represented in a C structure as
              follows:

              typedef struct
              {
               unsigned year:7;
               unsigned month:4;
               unsigned day:5;
