                              Vector Handling

The VDI screen driver is also responsible for managing some hardware
vectors responsible for keyboard and mouse input. The functions available
for altering these vectors are vex_motv(), vex_timv(), vex_curv(), and
vex_butv(). For further explanation of these calls please see the
VDI Function Reference.

Use of these functions is not recommended with MultiTOS as these vectors
are global and affect all applications. In addition, results are undefined
if two or more non-resident applications utilized these calls at once.

Existing applications which use these calls must have their program flags
set to either supervisor or global memory protection. See the GEMDOS
Overview for a discussion of the program flags.
