Syntax

Function      vqt_trackkern() returns the horizontal and vertical
              adjustment vector for track kerning.

Opcode        234

Availability  Available only with SpeedoGDOS.

Parameters    handle specifies a valid workstation handle. x and y are the
              horizontal and vertical adjustment vectors currently used to
              modify character spacing in track kerning.
