Syntax

WORD vsl_color( handle, color )
WORD handle, color;

Function      vsl_color() sets the color for line-drawing functions and
              objects with perimeters.

Availability  Supported by all drivers.

Parameters    handle specifies a valid workstation handle. color specifies
              the new color to define for line-drawing.

Binding       contrl[0] = 17;
              contrl[1] = 0;
              contrl[3] = 1;
              contrl[6] = handle;

              return intout[0];

Return Value  This function returns the new color set (within bounds).
